At sundown, Jewish Ontarians will mark the beginning of Passover. Traditionally, Passover would be celebrated by families and friends coming together – this year we must ask them to stand apart.
Passover is a time to recognize the many accomplishments of Ontario’s Jewish community. It’s a time to be united against discrimination and to celebrate triumph over adversity. Now more than ever we need hope, courage, and resilience.
On behalf of the Ontario Liberal Party, I wish all Jewish Ontarians a happy and safe Passover.
