MILTON, ON – Tonight’s results in Milton and Lambton—Kent—Middlesex send a strong message: Bonnie Crombie and Ontario’s Liberals are the only alternative to Doug Ford. Ontario Liberals will continue to hold the Ford Conservatives accountable for choosing to reward their rich insider friends instead of fighting for the real people of Ontario.
Tonight shows that Ontario Liberals are firmly established as the only opposition to Doug Ford.
In both ridings, Ontario Liberals finished well ahead of the Ontario NDP, who sit in a distant third position. In Lambton-Kent-Middlesex—the riding where Conservatives won their second-biggest margin of victory in 2022—Ontario Liberals moved from third to a decisive second place.
