If you’ve never participated in a phone bank before or would like a refresher before our Day of Action on September 26, please join our Manager of Training and Mentorship Emma Wakelin for this training session. She will cover setting up your “action ID” for accessing the system, logging in to the Virtual Phone Bank, navigating the script, and recording answers to questions.
She will also cover things like the kinds of people you will find on the other end of the phone and how to manage difficult questions. So even if you’re a seasoned phone banker you might want to join us to learn more about this particular script and the objectives of this phone bank. Looking forward to having you!
