Thursday, May 5, 2022

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Join us from the comfort of your home as Raven Rising’s owner and chef guides us through some of the best chocolate you’ll come to know!
A proud Saulteaux Ojibwe Kwe from White Bear First Nation in Saskatchewan, Chef Tammy focuses on traditional ingredients sourced from Indigenous people and businesses. They strive to offer sustainable, ethically sourced, traceable, Fair Trade, and organic ingredients.
Their wish is to offer a balance of worlds; Melding the traditional with the new while still respecting the ingredient. You too, will get the chance to taste Chef Tammy’s beautiful creations.

Purchase your 12-piece box of chocolates for this event by Tuesday, April 19th and we will deliver them to you by May 5th if you are in the Markham-Stouffville riding or can pick it up from our Campaign Office at 2675 Bur Oak Avenue, Unit 1. If you live outside of the Markham-Stouffville riding, additional charges will apply to have them mailed to you directly.

Whether you share the chocolate with your family and friends, or keep it all to yourself, we look forward to having you with us to learn more about the origins of chocolate, and how Chef Tammy incorporates her Indigenous roots in the curation of her delectable chocolates.
