Event Submission & Approval Form

Each fundraising event must be approved by the OLP Fundraising Event Approval Team to ensure that the event meets all requirements and complies with relevant legislation.

Please submit this completed form and all supporting documentation at least four (4) weeks before the event or use the paper form and send by email to dhehn@ontarioliberal.ca or deliver to the Ontario Liberal Party, Suite 404, 344 Bloor St. W., Toronto (ON) M5S 3A7.

When your fundraising event is approved by OLP, it will be posted on the OLP website as required by law.
