TORONTO – Ontario Liberal Leader, Steven Del Duca issued the following statement:
“I am committed to delivering a full standalone hospital for the people of Brampton. When the people of Brampton asked for a new hospital, Doug Ford said no.
Ontario Liberals have been long committed to turning Peel Memorial into a full hospital and delivering a third new hospital in Brampton. I have been talking about this for years, and understand that the people of this important and growing region desperately need improved access to health care.
Over the coming months I will have more to say about our plan to improve health care, but the people of Brampton can count on Ontario Liberals to deliver the hospitals they so badly need and deserve.”
