DEL DUCA: 407 Days Since Ontario Liberals Called For Paid Sick Leave

TORONTO – Steven Del Duca, Leader of the Ontario Liberal Party, issued the following statement:

“As of today, it has been 407 days since Ontario Liberals first called for paid sick days to be reinstated, after Doug Ford cut them in 2018. We have still yet to see any plan to give workers the provincially-funded protection they deserve.

The voters have lost total confidence in Doug Ford’s failed leadership and every misstep at this point is just cementing his status as Ontario’s worst Premier. Should Doug Ford fail to deliver on the needs of our essential workers today, everyone should be demanding his resignation.”
