— Ryan St-Jean, Ontario Liberal Candidate for Stormont—Dundas—South Glengarry
Ryan St-Jean is a values based, family-oriented researcher. He holds dual degrees in engineering; first as a Mechanical Engineering Technology graduate of Algonquin College and a graduate of Electrical Engineering from Carleton University. This educational background makes him well versed in renewable energy, both in the theory and implementation.
Ryan is a proponent of boosting baseload nuclear and an advocate for distributed energy systems.
Ryan has a vision for Ontario where every citizen has access to quality healthcare, where infrastructure supports economic growth and sustainability. Where education prepares future generations for success, and where childcare is affordable and accessible. I believe in fostering a collaborative approach to governance which means working alongside community members, stakeholders, and experts to develop policies that reflect the diverse needs of Ontario’s population.
Ryan and his wife/partner of 10 years, Laura, are involved in volunteer activities, and supporting their families. They welcomed their newest addition to the family in May 2023.
