Statement from Steven Del Duca on Hindu Heritage Month

TORONTO – Today, Steven Del Duca, Leader of the Ontario Liberal Party, issued the following statement:

“November is Hindu Heritage Month in Ontario — an opportunity for us all to celebrate Hindu Ontarians and all that they have done for our province, and our country.

Hindu Ontarians have also continued to help move Ontario forward, and build up our province. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hindu Ontarians continued to be at the forefront of our efforts to protect Ontario families, and ensure that Ontarians remained safe and healthy during this difficult time.

The contributions of the Hindu Ontarian community has been nothing short of incredible, and we all owe them an eternal debt of gratitude.

On behalf of myself and the Ontario Liberal Party, I want to wish everyone a very happy Hindu Heritage Month!”
