Ontario Liberals Vote No Confidence In Doug Ford

TORONTO – Steven Del Duca, Leader of the Ontario Liberal Party, issued the following statement:

“Today Doug Ford’s Conservatives passed their budget, abandoning Ontarians in their time of need. Ontario Liberals voted against the budget, and against Doug Ford as Premier.

Doug Ford’s budget has cuts to education, nothing new for our loved ones in nursing homes, nothing to help end the she-cession, and nothing to keep our essential workers safe. Just days after saying sorry for letting us all down, he’s locking in his disastrous plan for our province.

He is the worst Premier at a time when leadership is needed most. Doug Ford is asleep at the wheel, and the best thing he could do to improve the situation at this point is resign.”
