Liberals in Humber River-Black Creek Nominate Ida Li Preti as 2022 Ontario Liberal Party Candidate

February 13, 2021 – Liberals in Humber River-Black Creek have nominated Ida Li Preti, a business owner and TCDSB school board trustee, as their Ontario Liberal Party (OLP) candidate for the next provincial election.

“Ida Li Preti is a strong leader who cares very much about her community,” said OLP Leader, Steven Del Duca. “I’m happy to have her on our team and I look forward to working with Ida to defeat Doug Ford in the next provincial election.”

Li Preti is a resourceful and multifaceted professional with over twelve years of relevant experience in economic and community leadership. In addition to being the CEO of her own business, Li Preti has tirelessly dedicated her time to education through her role as TCDSB School Board Trustee for Humber River-Black Creek and as a member of the Toronto Board of Health.

Li Preti is passionate about issues of social justice and closing the poverty gap and she understands the importance of excellent health care and strong public education. She is also committed to protecting our greenbelt and green spaces in Humber River-Black Creek and throughout Ontario.
