NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ONTARIO LIBERAL PARTY March 3-5, 2023 In accordance with Article 8 of the Constitution of the Ontario Liberal Party (OLP), NOTICE is hereby given of the annual meeting of the Ontario Liberal Party to elect its officers, and to conduct the annual business of the OLP. DATE & TIME: LOCATION: Hamilton Convention Centre 1 Summers Ln, HamiltonA detailed agenda of the annual meeting will be published on the OLP website and circulated to registered attendees closer to the date of the annual meeting. Registration Fee The early registration fees are as follows, if payments are received by the OLP on or before Friday, January 27, 2023:

Attending the Annual Meeting as Voting Delegates Pursuant to section 8.24 of the OLP Constitution, all OLP members who have paid the registration fee are entitled to attend the annual meeting. notice of intention to stand as a delegate by registering at https://ontarioliberal.ca/2023-olp-agm-registration/ on or before Friday, January 20, 2023. Those who wish to attend the annual meeting as voting delegates for their constituency association, Ontario Young Liberal Student Club, or Women’s Liberal Club, must give theirIn order to be eligible to file a notice of intention, an individual must be a current member of the association/club at the time of the filing of the notice. Election of Officers Pursuant to section 8.17 of the OLP Constitution, any person who wishes to seek election at the annual meeting as an officer must, on or before Friday, February 10, 2023, deliver written notice to the Executive Director of the Ontario Liberal Party by sending an email to [email protected]. Such notice must include:
Proposal to Amend the OLP Constitution Pursuant to section 16.4 of the OLP Constitution, any member who wishes to propose an amendment to the Constitution must submit the proposed amendment to the Secretary of OLP on or before Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
