WHITBY, ON – Roger Gordon, a high school teacher and Vice President of OSSTF District 13, is officially the Ontario Liberal candidate for Whitby.
“Roger’s dedication to public education and his commitment to Whitby’s families make him exactly the kind of leader we need.
“He knows that strong schools, affordable living, and access to healthcare are the building blocks of a better future for our children.
“I’m thrilled to announce that Roger has been nominated as our Ontario Liberal candidate for Whitby!”
— Bonnie Crombie, Leader of Ontario’s Liberals
“Doug Ford has been the Premier of Ontario for over six years — and what has he done for Ontarians? What has he delivered for the people of Ontario? Nothing. Booze in corner stores a year early at a cost of over a billion dollars, corruption in the Greenbelt, the sell-off of Ontario Place, and the destruction of our Science Center.
“Families in Whitby deserve better than this. Our children deserve better than this.
“Doug Ford and his Conservatives lack the long-term vision needed to address Ontario’s pressing challenges in housing, education, and healthcare. I’m running to bring that vision to Queen’s Park, and to work alongside our Leader, Bonnie Crombie, to deliver more for students, parents, and families across the province.”
