Today, I’m happy to be celebrating International Youth Day!
Young people in Ontario have made immeasurable contributions to the province over the years, advocating for issues like education, a fairer economy and a cleaner environment.
Despite the challenges of COVID-19, young people have continued to advocate for the changes they want to see.
Thank you for being leaders for your community.
On this International Youth Day, I urge all leaders to prioritize Ontario’s youth in the province’s recovery from COVID-19, and I urge young people to continue pushing us on issues they care most about.
