“For over six years, Doug Ford’s cuts have wreaked havoc on our cherished public healthcare system, all to benefit his rich friends.
“Ontario’s hospitals are in crisis — and no wonder, given Ford’s cuts to hospital budgets. Communities are struggling to handle mental-health and addictions issues, while Ford cut $350 million from mental-health funding.
“People across Ontario — including in Whitby where they have had to fight this government for a new hospital — know this manufactured crisis is deliberately designed to further Doug Ford’s privatization agenda — to help his rich insiders get richer.
“Ontario’s Liberals will get our healthcare system back on track.”
