2:30pm – Open Discussion, Q&A to RVPs/Staff, where do we focus as PLAs in 2026?
3:00pm – Breakout Time, work as a PLA or in smaller groups to determine a calendar of planned events/fundraising/etc, other deliverables
3:45pm – Come together for concluding remarks and next steps
