Huron—Bruce Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Ontario Liberal Party constituency association of Huron—Bruce to elect the executive committee and to conduct the annual business of the association.

a)     President

b)     Executive Vice-President

c)     Treasurer

d)     Secretary

e)     Nine Regional (9) Directors

f)      Director of Fundraising

g)     Director of Policy

h)     Director of Communications

i)      Director of Membership

j)      Director of Organization

k)     Youth Director

You are eligible to vote at this AGM if you are a resident of the provincial electoral district of Huron—Bruce who is a member of the Ontario Liberal Party at 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 25th, 2025

Please bring your identification to the AGM. Identification can be:

Option 1: One government-issued ID, with your photo, name and current address. (examples: driver’s license, Ontario photo card).

Or Option 2: Two pieces of ID.

One issued by a widely recognized major institution (governments, financial institutions, or educational institutions) showing your name (examples: health card, birth certificate, passport, band membership card, student card, credit card);

And one issued by a widely recognized major institution showing your name and your current address (e.g. bank or credit card statement, utility bill, tax assessment)

To stand for any of the above positions, you must notify the Ontario Liberal Party in writing of your intention to stand by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Intention to stand – Huron—Bruce” by no later than 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 25th, 2025. Your email must indicate which position you would like to stand for.
