About Eglinton—Lawrence
Welcome neighbour! Thanks for taking the first step toward building an Ontario we can all be proud of. It’s truly a team effort and we’re thrilled you want to learn more about how to get involved.
As the Eglinton-Lawrence PLA, we engage our family, friends, and neighbours on the issues that impact them on a daily basis. What’s the quality of their children’s schools? What supports exist for their aging parents? How can we get them to and from work quicker, while also keep the streets safe? What policies need to be enacted so their favourite local restaurateurs can thrive? There’s never a shortage of topics we can cover.
We’re quite discouraged by Doug Ford’s regressive agenda. But that discouragement is breeding an enthusiasm to reengage our supporters, bring new voices into the fold, and work hard to elect a Liberal representative in 2022.
There are numerous ways for you to help our team! Enjoy going on a walk and talking with friends? Come join us for a canvass! Have a knack for event planning? Help us plan a town hall or social! Got that creative gene? We could use you on our communications committee.
