Register

The early bird registration fees are:

• Regular: $375.
• Monthly payment option: $225 upfront, plus a new monthly donation of $20 (or $20 increase to current monthly donation) for a minimum of 12 months.
• Youth: $100.
• Student: $100.
• Senior: $240.
• Low income (under $30,000): $240.
• Observer: $1,000.

After the early bird expires, the registration fees are:

• Regular: $500.
• Monthly payment option: $300 upfront, plus a new monthly donation of $20 (or $20 increase to current monthly donation) for a minimum of 12 months.
• Youth: $133.
• Student: $133.
• Senior: $320.
• Low income (under $30,000): $320.
• Observer: $1,200.

Agenda

The AGM will run from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. The agenda will include:

• The election of our party’s new Executive Council, a leadership review vote, and discussions and votes on changes to the OLP Constitution.
• Regional meetings and discussions regarding your riding association.
• AGMs for the Ontario Young Liberals, the Ontario Women’s Liberal Commission, the Ontario Liberal Rural and Northern Commission, and the Ontario Liberal Seniors’ Commission.
• Workshops for strengthening our party’s organizing and fundraising.
• A reception for monthly donors and a lounge for Red Trillium Club donors.

Elections

The Ontario Liberal Party, the Ontario Young Liberals, the Ontario Women’s Liberal Commission, the Ontario Liberal Rural and Northern Commission, and the Ontario Liberal Seniors’ Commission will elect new executives at the AGM.

Proposed Amendments to the OLP Constitution

Delegate Elections

Everyone who registers and pays the OLP AGM registration fee shall automatically be deemed to have submitted an intent notice to stand for a voting Delegate position, unless the person qualifies for an ex-officio Delegate position or registers as a non-member Observer.

All intent notices (registrations) submitted prior to 11:59pm on Friday, July 25 shall have equal standing in contention for the available Delegate positions in the relevant affiliated association, such as a constituency association, student club, or women’s club.

If an affiliated association has more intent notices submitted prior to 11:59pm on Friday, July 25 than available Delegate positions, the Returning Officer shall follow the procedure in section 5.3 of the Rules of Procedure for Annual Meetings, including potentially scheduling a Delegate Election Vote for the affiliated association.

After Friday, July 25, unfilled association Delegate positions shall be filled in chronological order of registration.
