TORONTO – Steven Del Duca, Leader of the Ontario Liberal Party, issued the following statement:
“The buck has always stopped with Doug Ford, not General Hillier. Ontario’s botched vaccine rollout has solely been a product of Doug Ford’s incompetent leadership, and now he has one less person to blame it on.
All Doug Ford does is pass the buck. Yesterday, he blamed the widely reported problems with Ontario’s vaccine booking portal on user error.
He made our vulnerable seniors wait weeks for a functional portal. Now he’s blaming them when it doesn’t work.”
