On Thursday, February 12th, Liberals from Hamilton-area ridings will be attending the Leading with Love: Leadership 2026 Gala fundraising dinner at Carmen’s Event Centre. Doors open at 5:00 PM and dinner will be served at 6:30 PM.
Our keynote speaker will be Karina Gould, MP for Burlington.
We will also be joined by a number of people exploring a run for the Ontario Liberal leadership. The following people have confirmed their attendance so far:
- Rob Cerjanec, MPP for Ajax
- Mike Crawley, Global Energy Sector Leader
- Nate Erskine-Smith, MP for Beaches–East York
- Lee Fairclough, MPP for Etobicoke–Lakeshore
- Vikram Handa, Social Impact Leader
- Eric Lombardi, Housing Advocate
The meal includes two bottles of wine at each table (one red, one white) and the following food courses:
- Appetizer: Artisan Bread Rolls, House Salad
- Pasta: Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna
- Main Course: Chicken Supreme, served with roasted potatoes and seasonal roasted vegetables, with your choice of sauce (a Stuffed Squash meal is available as an alternative for those with dietary restrictions)
- Dessert: Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Coffee & Tea
There will also be a cash bar.
