DEL DUCA: Paid Sick Leave Expansion Needed Urgently

TORONTO – Ontario Liberal Leader, Steven Del Duca issued the following statement:

“I welcome news that Doug Ford is extending paid sick leave, but I cannot understand why he won’t expand the program so everyone can be protected through the fourth wave. Ontario workers must have their income protected to keep them from going into work should they get sick during the fourth wave. Ontario Liberals are once again calling for this crucial program to be expanded to give every worker 10 provincially-funded paid sick days.”
