Survey for Healthcare Professionals

We want to connect with nurses, doctors, paramedics, personal support workers – anyone who can share what is happening on the ground at Ontario’s healthcare facilities. We want to hear your story and to know about your access to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Even if you don’t have an issue accessing PPE right now, it would be great to connect so we can contact you in the future.
