Hastings—Lennox and Addington Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Ontario Liberal Party constituency association of Hastings—Lennox and Addington to elect the executive committee and to conduct the annual business of the association.

c)   Secretary

d)   Treasurer

e)   Directors (10)

You are eligible to vote at this AGM if you are a resident of the provincial electoral district of Hastings—Lennox and Addington who is a member of the Ontario Liberal Party at 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 1, 2025

Please bring your identification to the AGM. Identification can be:

Option 1: One government-issued ID, with your photo, name and current address. (examples: driver’s license, Ontario photo card).

Or Option 2: Two pieces of ID.

One issued by a widely recognized major institution (governments, financial institutions, or educational institutions) showing your name (examples: health card, birth certificate, passport, band membership card, student card, credit card);

And one issued by a widely recognized major institution showing your name and your current address (e.g. bank or credit card statement, utility bill, tax assessment)

To stand for any of the above positions, you must notify the Ontario Liberal Party in writing of your intention to stand by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Intention to stand – Hastings—Lennox and Addington” by no later than 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 1, 2025. Your email must indicate which position you would like to stand for.
